I wasn't expecting the emotional punch I received from this story. The character of Mike finally has to face her inner demons before she is able to open herself to love of any kind.

This was the first book I read by local author Kristan Higgins. It's so funny and the characters are so likeable you'll just love it! Plus you'll recognize these New England locales.

Smartly written and made me nostalgic for Philly.

Melissa Nathan was a wonderful writer and this is one of her best. Update of Pride and Prejudice.

I loved this book so much I contacted the author & told her it should be made into a film. She said there is a Hollywood actress interested in the film already. I could hear Wanda Syke's voice coming out of Juanita's mouth. Excellent book. Make sure you read the sequel "On the Right Side of a Dream" for further adventures of Juanita.
