Saving a File to a USB Drive

Files created on the SMART Board are stored in the Files Library 

You can export a file from the Files Library onto a USB drive. USB drives are available for checkout at the Library's Information Desk. 

Follow these steps to move a file to a USB drive:

  1. Insert the USB drive into the USB port located on the left side of the SMART board. 
  2. Click on the Files Library icon at the bottom of the screen to open the Files Library.
  3. Select the file you want to save and click on the three dots above the file.
  4. Select move to
  5. A new window opens. Select USB drive. The file is moved to the USB drive. 
  6. Eject the USB drive from the File Library window.
