At CT State Middlesex Library, we post monthly whiteboard questions to invite students to engage with the library and one another. The questions range from lighthearted prompts to thoughtful reflections and they offer a fun way for students' voices to be heard. This form of passive outreach allows us to better understand our community while creating a welcoming, collaborative space where everyone is invited to share.
