This guide is designed for students in Dr. Gentile's ENG 1010 Composition course. Use this guide to find background sources; books; magazine, newspaper, and scholarly research articles; data and statistics; and help with citing your sources in MLA format. If you get stuck, ask a librarian. We are available during library hours by appointment (in-person or virtual), at the reference desk in the library, and via chat, text, email, and phone.
