Going Green to Tunxis

Media Specialist Mike Zych often commutes to Tunxis in a unique bicycle called a 'velomobile'. This three-wheeled bicycle has a shell that protects the rider from bad weather and  improves aerodynamics. The brightly-colored vehicle has several lights, a horn, turn signals, a removable roof and suspension for safety and comfort. Human powered vehicles are sustainable because they don't require fossil fuels or produce emissions.
