Connecticut residents are welcome to use the Library to borrow materials, utilize library computers, and seek assistance from library staff.

As with NV borrowers, returning library items in a timely fashion is the expectation. If a community borrower has long overdue items, the NV Library reserves the right to refuse renewal of the community borrower’s guest account for computer use until the overdue issue has been resolved.

Community computer guest accounts are issued for daily use.  Community accounts can be obtained at the library reference desk.

Community accounts must abide by the BOR acceptable use policy.
