Study Rooms

The CT State Northwestern Library provides a number of spaces for individual or group study. These range from small study rooms to larger Think Tanks. Please see the Library staff for assistance.

Study Rooms:

Located on the main floor of the Library, our study rooms provide students with a quiet space for individual or group study. Study rooms are equipped with a C-Pods, white boards and television viewing stations. Study rooms accommodate up to four students. These rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations permitted.

One group study room on the main floor of the library is designated as a Family Group Study Room with furniture and toys for small children. This room is open to all students but students with accompanying children are given priority to use this room.

Think Tanks:

Located in the Lower Level of the Rotunda, our Think Tanks provide space for collaborative research and group study. Think Tanks are equipped with C-Pods and white walls. They can accommodate up to 16 students. Unless reserved, these rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations may only be made by a faculty member.
