CCS 1001 Library Scavenger Hunt

Welcome to the Library scavenger hunt, we are going to use a app called Padlet to complete the hunt, which will guide you through the many resources and services available to you through the Housatonic Library!

• Your group has a Padlet board with seven prompts, each describing a different task that you need to complete.

  • Padlet is a digital collaboration tool that allows users to create virtual bulletin boards—called "padlets"—where they can easily share and organize a variety of content. Users can post text, images, videos, links, documents, drawings, and even voice recordings, all in one interactive space. Padlet supports multiple layouts such as grids, streams, timelines, and maps, making it adaptable for different types of projects and presentations. It is widely used in educational settings, libraries, and professional environments for activities like brainstorming, discussion boards, group projects, and resource sharing. With its user-friendly interface and real-time collaboration features, Padlet offers a flexible and visually engaging way to connect and communicate.

• Each task will ask you to take a photo or answer a question

To add a photo:

• Click the plus sign under the prompt
• Click " " icon and take a picture
• Select "Attach" or "Use" photo
• Click the pink Publish button to add your photo to the board and complete the task

To add text:

• click the plus sign under the prompt
• Write something beautiful and hit pink Publish button
