Study Room Policy

Study rooms are available for individual and group use during library operating hours.

• Rooms 503, 505, 508, and 519 are for individuals or small groups.
• Rooms 509, 510, 511, 512, and 513 are for group use only

Room Reservations

• Students can check out a room for a two-hour period at the Circulation Desk.
• Rooms are lent out on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Two or more students must be present to request a group study room. 

Room Usage

• If no new individuals/groups are waiting, an individual/group may remain in the room. until a new request is made.
• All rooms close 15 minutes before the library's stated closing time.
