Some suggestions:

Book the room (709A) up to one month in advance by contacting the Library main desk.

ALWAYS do a very short dry run - one minute is fine! - before recording a full interviewing session.

If you have any difficulties, ask for help at the Library main desk.

Here is a short how-to video. Note the materials he suggests you bring - a laptop, cable (if applicable), and flash drive. You must have a flash drive with at least 1GB of storage!
