Deadline for Contest Entry Submissions:  Friday April 11, 2025   

•     To submit your designs, please email submissions to mx-library@ctstate.edu
•     Winner(s) will be selected by Middlesex Library Team and will be announced on Wednesday, April 16, 2025

Originality  

•     Designs must be original and unpublished
•     A text slogan about the library is optional
•     Designs cannot include copyrighted, trademarked, or intellectual property
•     Designs cannot include parodies, mashups, or references to other organizations  
•     Designs may include AI images, but the images cannot include any of the above stipulations

Sticker Design and Format

•     Designs must be submitted in .jpg, .svg or .png format
•     Designs must be the following specifications: 600px by 600px size, 300 dpi minimum
•     The design should be easy to read when shrunken to 2.5” x 2.5” size

Content restrictions  

•     Designs cannot include profanity, trademarks, or other organization's logos
•     Designs cannot include images or references to individuals  

 Other contest rules

•     Submissions must be from Middlesex Campus Students  
•     The library reserves the right to modify the final design  
•     Limit of 5 entries per student
•     The winning design will be used by the Middlesex Campus Library on stickers and library marketing
•     Two $25 Amazon Gift Card prizes awarded to the students with the winning design
