Then, on Wednesday, April 9th, 2025 at 12:15 p.m., join Librarians Donovan and Lisa in the Library Periodicals Room for an in-person, very casual discussion about the book. Light snacks provided.

Why this book?
This book was selected for the Adult Fiction book title 2025 by the All CT Reads committee. Amanda Peters is a Canadian writer of Mi'kmaq and settler descent, who lives in Nova Scotia. Her novel won multiple awards, including an Andrew Carnegie Medal for Excellence, presented by the American Library Association.
