Northwestern Library Research Award

The Northwestern Community College Foundation Library Research Award is presented to a student who has demonstrated remarkable research for a project for a course offered at CT State Northwestern. The award prize is $500 presented at the end of the Spring Semester and is noted in the Commencement program.

Faculty can nominate a research project from any course in that academic year by the last day of classes in the Spring semester. 

Please refer to the selection rubric for criteria. 

Awardees will be required to permit sharing their project for publication on the CT State Northwestern Library website and to write a thank you letter to the Northwestern Community College Foundation.
