This guide was developed by the Recruitment & Retention Task Force of  the CSCU Library Consortium's Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Social Justice (EDI&SJ) Team. It provides consortium member libraries with resources that will support their efforts to recruit and retain library workers who are diverse and who come from historically marginalized communities.
