Our main focus in the Educational Technology Department is to provide equipment to those looking to enhance their classroom or event experience. Audio/Visual equipment and services are available by request for faculty and staff for use to support classes and events around campus.

Anyone requesting equipment from Educational Technology Department must fill out an Equipment Request form and sign the contract on the form. If you plan to take the equipment off campus, you must complete the Off Campus Request Form. Both forms are available at the Educational Technology Department office (N318). Please submit your request at least two weeks in advance. Inventory for certain items is limited, and will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

When filling out a request form, you must provide:

• Your name
• The date and time of your event/the duration the equipment is needed (if a semester request)
• The location/room number in which the equipment will be used
• Your signature and phone extension or any contact information (email, etc)
