Scholar Library allows you to keep a personal collection of articles in Scholar.

Using Scholar Library for the First Time

Log in to your Google account, click on on My Library and enable this feature in Scholar.

Then, when you carry out your searches, simply save articles in your library. Whenever you log in afterwards your saved articles and their citations will be there, waiting for you to read them! You can even go a step further and organize your articles by adding labels.
