The Norwalk Campus Archives accept research requests from members of the campus community or the general public who are seeking information that may be held in our collection. Please provide full details, including dates, about the information or materials you are seeking. We will contact you by email when we have determined if your request can be fulfilled. Note that the time frame for processing will depend upon the nature of your request.

Archives policy

Baker Library houses the Norwalk Campus Archives, including committee reports, meeting minutes, and other documents and ephemera associated with the college. Archive materials are available by appointment only with at least one week’s notice. To make an appointment, contact Kimberly Bryant-Smith at kbryant-smith@ncc.commnet.edu or 203-857-6895. Archive materials must be viewed in a glass-enclosed room. Users are permitted to have pencils, paper, and a laptop computer in this space. Coats, umbrellas, backpacks or other containers, permanent marking pens, and food and drink are not permitted. Photocopies for personal or educational use may be requested for a fee of $.50 per page. Requests to publish or scan archive materials must be made to the library director in writing.
