There are several ways to get to LibChat.

3. Easy way to sign into LibChat

Once you have signed into the LibChat dashboard for the first time, you can pin that tab in your browser. Right-click on the tab, then choose Pin tab.

You will want to adjust your browser settings to either open to either to where you left off, or to open to a specific page or set of pages, in order to preserve the pinned tab.

As long as the LibChat dashboard is pinned, you can simply sign on and off, or set yourself as away, without taking additional steps.

Other Sign-on Settings

  • Click on the Online tab to monitor for incoming chats. This will show you as online to other Operators/librarians.
