This guide outlines the equipment available to currently enrolled Middlesex students, as well as the library policies for the equipment. Students must be registered for classes at the Middlesex Campus. Equipment is available for loan at the library front desk.
Equipment loans begin a few days before the beginning of each semester, and equipment is loaned on a first come, first served basis. Equipment must be picked up in person and returned in person by the student to the location from which it was borrowed during the library’s operating hours. Please allot at least ten minutes of your time to fill out required paperwork and to allow the staff to review the equipment loan policies with you. Equipment may not be returned in the book drop. Meriden campus students must return their equipment to the Meriden campus.
All equipment must be returned to the library front desk.
Equipment must be returned in good working condition.
Borrowers are liable for any charges to repair or replace equipment.
Failure to return equipment will result in a Banner hold being placed upon your account, and you will be charged the full cost of replacing the the item.
