Advanced Manufacturing Instructor

In 2025, Brian Bartolotta joined Middlesex as an advanced manufacturing instructor. He brings valuable aerospace manufacturing experience from Plasma Technology Inc., specializing in thermal and wear resistant coatings. His academic journey includes an associate degree in technology studies from Manchester Community College (2013), a bachelor's in technology and engineering education from Central Connecticut State University (2017) and a master's in career and technical education From Concordia University (2020).

Since 2017, Brian has been dedicated to training the next generation of manufacturing professionals, bringing both industry expertise and educational knowledge to the classroom. He taught manufacturing for the past 8 years at the high school level. His teaching philosophy centers on meeting students where they are and providing meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that prepare them for real-world success.

Beyond the classroom, Brian has played soccer continuously for 42 years and enjoys golf, disc golf and softball as often as possible. He also has a passion for woodworking and built a workspace in his backyard.
