Faith Jackson, Class of 1999Faith Jackson

Faith Jackson is the director of equal opportunity and diversity management for the city of Middletown. She previously served as the director of human relations, which she began in 2007.

Faith is past president of the Middlesex County NAACP and the Middlesex United Way. She has also served as a corporator for Liberty Bank, Middlesex Hospital, and the Middlesex Community College Foundation.

In 2021, she was named as one of 100 Women of Color, an annual event that celebrates community leaders from many career fields Connecticut. Faith was recognized by the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce as a 2023 Distinguished Citizen Honoree.

“Middlesex provides a positive means for anyone wanting to further his or her education. I highly recommend it. It does not matter how slowly you go—as long as you do not stop,” said Faith.
